1. weaving preparation. we have warping and sizing branch.
A- the first branch has terry looms divided into the following.
– we have nine of terry weaving machines with total capacity 1.5 tons per day 40 ton per month.
– looms (smit, Dornier) with electric jacquard.
– Dobby towels with electronic dobby.
B- Bed Sheet and blanket, we can produce 25000 meter per month.
2. Cutting / sewing Dept.
– We have the best technicians in cutting for manual cutting of the towel or with electric scissors for the bathrobe.
– We have 2 sewing lines for terry towels.
– One long automatic hemming and cross cutting for bed sheet with the label.
– We have the best designers for Bath robes and Poncho with hood.
– We have a production capacity 1800 pcs / hr for towels, 30 pcs/ hr for bath robes.
3. Inspaction & Quality control dept.
– We have quality controllers with the highest level of experience in the field of textiles to produce the best product of very high quality.
– We have an inspection department before packing to check all the products in order for the goods to reach our customers with the best products with the best possible quality.
4. Packing & finishing dept.
– We have good storage for the goods to protect them from dust and water.
– We have smart workers to print and prepare shipping marks of various shapes and quantities
– sourcing their products.
5. Costumer service & Export dept
– We have qualified employees in dealing with customers and they have a good communication to arrive a good deal.
– Good communication to receive any Quotation, Orders any time and send PI and shipping documentation quickly.
